https://man.archlinux.org/man/os-release.5#Presentation_information_and_links says that there's a PRIVACY_POLICY_URL variable that can be added to the os-release file. Since Arch has a privacy policy ( https://terms.archlinux.org/docs/privacy-policy/ ), why not add it.
