DetailsDescription:
dia can be built without python2 by replacing --with-python by --without-python in the configure call. The python2 bindings are no longer packaged so this change has no impact on the generated package. Unfortunately dia currently fails to build as it relies on freetype-config which Arch no longer ships. This was fixed upstream in [1] but does not apply cleanly.
