Description:
KDEConnect has a bluetooth backend that needs to be enabled using the cmake flag `-DBLUETOOTH_ENABLE=ON`

Additional info:
This has been a part of KDEConnect for 5 years, at least according to this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/linux/comments/6ggb36/kde_connect_works_over_bluetooth_now_please_help/

The Bluetooth backend is unmaintained (last significant commit over 3 years ago), buggy, and causes serious unsolved issues even if not actively using it ( FS#63595   FS#63601 )
