Description:

In some modes nuitka needs the patchelf program and complains that it is not installed. It should be made a dependency.

Additional info:
* package version(s): nuitka 0.8.4-1

Steps to reproduce:

# python3 -m nuitka --standalone --onefile diag.py
Nuitka-Options:INFO: Used command line options: --standalone --onefile diag.py
FATAL: Error, standalone mode on Linux requires 'patchelf' to be installed. Use 'apt/dnf/yum install patchelf' first.

It appears upstream replaced chrpath functionality with patchelf. Therefore replace chrpath optdep with patchelf?

Thanks for working on this.

Unfortunately it looks to me like it isn't fixed yet. patchelf is now made a build dependency, but not a runtime dependency.

I was experiencing the problem when running it. So I think it should go into "depends".

As already mentioned, "chrpath" is no longer used. It should be removed from optdepends.
"patchelf" now replaces "chrpath". It should be added to optdepends at least (or depends).
