Details

Description:
When decoding a video on the Atom Z8350 (Cherry Trail), the video artifacts. This problem does not occur when downgrade back to 5.18.16.

Additional info:
* Linux Version: 5.19.1-arch2-1

Unfortunately, no error shows up in dmesg or journalctl, so suggestions are welcome.

Steps to reproduce:
* Play the video in mpv with "-vo gpu --hwdec=vaapi"
* The video should artifact like the picture attached.

It appears reporter of linked upstream issue has kindly performed a bisection.
