configure: error: could not determine the string function for int64_t

Not sure, I found some references around:
- https://github.com/apache/apr/pull/25
- https://github.com/apache/apr/commit/0a763c5e500f4304b7c534fae0fad430d64982e8?diff=unified

I had success by applying apr-1.7.0-no-explicit-confdefs-uint64-probing.patch
