Need to add this file until pipewire updated to the new version.
/etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/sample-rates.conf
I put this:
context.properties = {
default.clock.allowed-rates = [ 48000 ]
}
And popping disappeared.
3 reboots and no problem.
