Description:

The dependency on KNotifications is for the native notifications support, which means CopyQ will show FreeDesktop notifications instead of a customized window. I've attached pictures to show the difference.

It works whenever there is a running notification daemon, not just on Plasma. In  FS#75215  the author claimed that it was "only for KDE", which was simply wrong.

The scripting API also has methods to show popups, and users can rely on such API in their scripts for some interactions. In such case, I believe proper desktop integration is a real benefit.

Considering knotifications only has a few other KF5 dependencies (in fact, only kwindowsystem), I propose to re-enable the support.

Also, looking at pkgs.org, it seems that Fedora 36, Debian Sid, and Ubuntu 22.04 all build copyq with knotifications enabled.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any
