Description:
I believe libfmt is a runtime dependency of the package.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 0.20.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
Switch from the Start to FEM workbench. An error will appear prompting that the libfmt shared object is not found.

There is an indirect reference to libfmt.

fmt is an optdep of vtk which is brought in by opencascade. It appears vtk is used in src/Mod/Fem/*

So yeah, fmt could possibly at least be an optdep.
