Details

The package is missing the dependency "python-cachelib" and if it's not installed, importing anything from the `flask_caching` module will raise a "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cachelib'" exception.

The `setup.py` of the package (https://github.com/pallets-eco/flask-caching/blob/7609ac1636e7d8de6161fa3e1275de872a4362f5/setup.py) also lists the dependency "cachelib >= 0.9.0", so this should be easy to fix.
