Details

Description: After upgrading to python-chardet 5.0.0, I am getting this warning every time any tool using python-requests is invoked. Noteworthy is that the python-requests in the repos is outdated, I updated the package locally without issue and the warning is gone.

Run any program using python-requests, such as signoff (from arch-signoff)
