Description: Build fails due to default `-Werror=format-security` flag in makepkg.conf.


Additional info:
* package version: 5.45.4-2
* config and/or log files etc. N/A
* link to upstream bug report, if any N/A

Steps to reproduce:
1. makepkg -si

2. error
exp_clib.c: In function ‘expDiagLogU’:
exp_clib.c:1479:5: error: format not a string literal and no format arguments [-Werror=format-security]

3. adding CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} -Wno-error=format-security" fixes issue, builds succesfully

Patch for the issue [1] from Fedora. Upstream project appears dead. Fedora also applies patches for a buffer overflow, a memory leak and a file descriptor leak among other things.
