Description:

The [recent upstream release for docutils v0.19](https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/commit/88f18ad2b50df7bbc103e1be913f6e2be567140f) broke the [m2r](https://archlinux.org/packages/community/any/m2r/) package, which depends on [a deprecated symbol from docutils](https://github.com/miyakogi/m2r/blob/66f4a5a500cdd9fc59085106bff082c9cadafaf3/m2r.py#L13).

This is arguably an upstream issue in m2r. But that project looks largely unmaintained.
I wrote a [patch](https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/miyakogi/m2r/pull/67.patch) and [filed it upstream](https://github.com/miyakogi/m2r/pull/67), but the patch may not be merged anytime soon. In the meantime, you folks might want to use that patch to fix the m2r PKGBUILD until upstream accepts the patch, if ever.
