Description:

Since asciinema 2.2.0 the following packages are marked as runtime dependencies. Seemingly by mistake, since they are not mentioned in the release notes and empirically neither is required at runtime.
AFAICT they should be makedepends() instead.

python-setuptools python-wheel python-installer and python-build

Steps to reproduce:
- pacman -Rnn python-setuptools python-wheel python-installer python-build
- pacman -S asciinema --assume-installed python-setuptools --assume-installed python-wheel --assume-installed python-installer --assume-installed python-build
- asciinema rec // and play/cat as follow-up
