The `kio` package contains a file `/usr/share/applications/kcm_trash.desktop`, which runs the command `kcmshell5 kcm_trash`. However, neither the `kio` package nor any of its dependencies contain the `kcmshell5` command/binary. Additional info: * package version(s): 5.96.0-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Install the `kio` package in a clean env/chroot/etc. 2. Run the `kcmshell5 kcm_trash` command. 3. Observe that you get a `command not found` error in your shell. |

That desktop file is not meant to be executed, that's why it has 'NoDisplay=true'
