Description:
As of the most recent amdvlk release in Arch (2022.Q2.3-1), it appears to be completely broken. I've got two AMD GPUs, (6800xt, and rx580), and with both of them now `vulkaninfo` reports the following, and all vulkan apps fail:

ERROR at /build/vulkan-tools/src/Vulkan-Tools-1.3.217/vulkaninfo/vulkaninfo.h:231:vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices failed with INCOMPLETE

This occurs with either or both GPUs active in the system, so it seems to be a complete failure.

Additional info:
* amdvlk 2022.Q2.3-1
* kernel 5.15.53-2-lts

Steps to reproduce:
* install amdvlk
* run any vulkan application

Is this still happening? Upstream issue here [1] suggests it's fixed by amdvlk 2022.Q3.1-1
