The file usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/astunparse-1.6.3-py3.10.egg-info/requires.txt lists wheel as a requirement but the PKGBUILD does not. This can cause problems when the package is imported into Python. The wheel package is probably not really a run time dependency (it is not even clear to me why it is a make dependency).
