Description:

As you probably know, currently one has to set LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME whenever DRI3-only X server (aka Xwayland) is used.

I've opened a PR upstream, but it would be great if we can pick this locally.
It's unlikely that we'll get a few release with it anytime soon.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
libva 2.15.0-1

* link to upstream bug report, if any
https://github.com/intel/libva/pull/614

Steps to reproduce:
- Enable Xwayland for your wayland compositor
- In a local terminal use `vainfo --display x11`
- Observe the failure
- Apply and patches -> command is working
