Details

Description:

Without man being available, tooltips do not show. Just ```man with no further content.

After manually installing 'man-db' tooltips work as expected.

Additional info:
* Version: 3.0.5-1

Steps to reproduce:
Install `bash-language-server` and configure as appropriate with for example Neovim.
Start writing "hash" in a shell file (or any other bash/SH tool) and see that the tooltip is blank.
