Description:
Shotcut introduced a new feature in 22.06.23 to annotate video using Glaxnimate. This feature seems to be missing from the Arch 22.06.23-1 build. Downloading the "linux portable tar" from the shotcut site has the feature and is the exact same version of shotcut.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 22.06.23-1

Steps to reproduce:
- launch shotcut
- click on the "open other" toolbar button
- observe that the menu shown has color, text, noise, ... there should be "animation (Glaxnimate)" right after text

You can download the linux portable tar from https://shotcut.org/download/, launch it, and see the missing menu entry.

It looks like the "linux portable tar" build script downloads glaxnimate from a fork [1]. Not sure how much work it would be to integrate this into the Arch build. The Package Maintainers will hopefully have a better handle on this :)

If you build and install glaxnimate from source yourself does shotcut automatically find and start using it or does it need to be rebuilt to find it at build time?
