Description:
0.11.0-1 will only use one connection with all the http sites I tried. ftp not tested. Prior versions work fine (0.10.4-1).

Steps to reproduce:
aria2c -s 5 http://www.dingogames.com/dolphin/laserdolphindemo.dmg -o test
