Details

Description:
Retroarch requires libdecor to display window decoration on wayland.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install retroarch package from community
- Run retroarch in windowed mode in wayland session -> the window has no decoration

Installing libdecor and rebuilding retroarch fixes the issue.
