Description:
I just upgraded my telegram-desktop package, and the program doesn't start. When I try it in console, I get the following: $ telegram-desktop telegram-desktop: error while loading shared libraries: libSvtAv1Enc.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory It seems like the so is provided by https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/svt-av1/, which is not listed in the package's dependencies and therefore didn't get installed. Additional info: * package version: 4.0.2-2 |

On further examination, it seems that svt-av1 actually was
installed on my system, just an older version that has a different
SO name. So, it's probably a missing version constraint somewhere?
Partial updates are not supported. You have to update your entire
system, always.
