Description:
According to the original issue [0], upstream has fixed the real problem so the CXXFLAGS fix is no longer required.

I have built telegram-desktop with devtools without the fix and can confirm it does not crash when changing the language pack.

telegram-desktop 4.0.2 (because 4.0.1 crashes on start, see  FS#75161 )

rel-2 looks fine and works fine, thanks!

I just found out that the sed tricks are also no longer required. CMake now correctly generates linker commands that link to FFmpeg 4.4, and none of the sed patterns still exists.
