Description: recent (2022.Q2.2.3-1) amdvlk & lib32-amdvlk break steam & steam-native

Additional info:
* package version(s) amdvlk-2022.Q2.3-1-x86_64 & lib32-amdvlk-2022.Q2.3-1-x86_64
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:

Start either steam-native (arch libraries) or steam (valves libraries).
Attempt to use steam with compatibility set to any recent proton version to start a game, here Witcher3, and you get:
"GPU does not meet minmal requirements. Support for DirectX 11 is required."
Downgrading the packages to amdvlk-2022.Q2.2-1-x86_64 / lib32-amdvlk-2022.Q2.2-1-x86_64 fixes the problem.

Alternately you can just remove the amdvlk and lib32-amdvlk packages and use the Mesa vulkan implemention...
