Details

Description:
The podman package requires catatonit but the dependency is only listed as a make dependency. Attempting to create a pod via "podman pod create" will fail with the following error message:

$ podman pod create
Error: building local pause image: finding pause binary: exec: "catatonit": executable file not found in $PATH

Promoting catatonit to a regular dependency of podman should fix the issue. I verified this by installing said dependency manually.

Additional info:
* package version: podman 4.1.1-1
* rootless podman setup

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install podman
2. Create a pod via "podman pod create"
3. Observe the error message

Seems I forgot to add it to depends in the split package. Will fix in pkgrel bump.
