Description:

Update 1.1.0 breaks some dependent software, e.g. obs (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/75059) and mpv with error:

```
obs: error while loading shared libraries: libSvtAv1Enc.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
```

There's no such symlink in `/usr/lib`, so it's fixed by `sudo cp /usr/lib/libSvtAv1Enc.so.1 /usr/lib/libSvtAv1Enc.so.0`
