Hello!
Running on an Intel HD 3000 (Sandy Bridge) or similar and viewing a MPEG4 encoded video with Totem shows a scrambled image.
Probably related to changes within GNOME 42. An upstream patch is available.

Additional info:
* package version(s):
gstreamer-vaapi 1.20.2-2
* link to upstream bug report, if any:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/issues/1137

Requirement:
GNOME 42 and an Intel HD3000 or similar
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Open Totem with an MPEG4-Video
2.) Video image scrambled

Upstream patch, already merged:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/2459/diffs?commit_id=07ee7ac98dffdf6524186b4f301b07b0648f44a8
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/commit/039658ea285d89cca2776ecdea472f6ec2d92a01.patch

Can we please add this patch? I've tested it on my affected system and it works fine.
Thank you
