Details

DisplayCAL won't run without python-distro. The latter will often be installed since it's a depend of python-pip, but I just came across a machine without it and needed to install python-distro for displaycal to work. Should be a depend.

I agree. I had this issue earlier with Arch Linux installed to a tablet PC I have.

Same here. I had to install python-distro to run displaycal.
