I don't know if this is a bug or a "feature" on the new kernel linux 5.18.arch1-1

When I suspend my computer, the computer now beeps, which I think is unnecessary and a bit annoying although not the "end of the world".

Furthermore, I usually suspend from the KDE Plasma desktop with an instance of Konsole open to give me access to the terminal. With the new kernel when I come back from suspend the Konsole terminal is running a message alerting me that I have suspended my computer. I the have to <CTRL>-C to return to my terminal session. This is not really bad, but again seems unnecessary and annoying.

Additional info:
* package version(s): linux 5.18.arch1-1, konsole 22.04.1
* computer Lenovo Thinkpad P1 with Intel Xeon E-2176M

Steps to reproduce:
Suspend with <Fn>-4, resume with <Fn>

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  systemd 251.2 removes wall messages from suspend

This is related to systemd, not the kernel. https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/23520#issuecomment-1141290377 maybe?

Thank you for pointing it out. The most recent update (systemd 251.2-1) seems to have addressed it. My computer does not beep at suspend, but it still beeps at shutdown. I can live with that.
