DetailsFreeciv recipe has explicit '--enable-client=gtk3' to build outdated gtk3-client. There should be no reason in Arch to select that client, but you should build the gtk3.22-client (the default)
You may want to check freeciv's doc/README.packaging for other hints meant for people distributing freeciv. |
