View=%view{ascii} lynx -dump -force_html %f
in mc.ext with
View=%view{ascii} links -dump -force-html %f
in order to make HTML files viewable in Midnight Commander out of the box, since "links" and "mc" are both in the "current" repository, while "lynx" is in extra.
