when importing from file.
So, all traffic is routed through openvpn, which is not best practice for data privacy and speed...

Oh shit, I thought it's connected to the package automatically.
Its concerning the networkmanager-openvpn package.

Is this still happening even with latest openvpn 2.5.7-1? Have you reported upstream? Please let us know.
