Package qemu-guest-agent, file /etc/qemu/fsfreeze-hook has incorrect permissions (needs +x) to work correctly.

This is observed on the host side, which originates in the VM....
can't access fsfreeze hook '/etc/qemu/fsfreeze-hook': Permission denied

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a virtual machine under qemu
2. install qemu-guest-agent on the virtual machine
3. issue a fsfreeze from the host system

chmod +x /etc/qemu/fsfreeze-hook
