At a glance opencl-amd is the AMD ROCr stack, which pulls it's own custom LLVM.
Mixing LLVM is known to be problematic, but more importantly AUR packages are unsupported here AFAICT.

One could reach out to the mesa developers [at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues] or AMD ROCr team. Overall it doesn't sound like something for the Arch team.

There has been a stack of updates since this report. I also see a note has been added to the wiki [1] which matches the problem description.
