DetailsDescription: opencl-mesa 22.0.3-1 concurrently installed with opencl-amd (from AUR). Wneh llvm-libs was updated to 13.0.1-3, and subsequent restart of the FAH client, the GPU would not initialize. Removing opencl-mesa restores FAH GPU functionality.

Mixing LLVM is known to be problematic, but more importantly AUR packages are unsupported here AFAICT.
One could reach out to the mesa developers [at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues] or AMD ROCr team. Overall it doesn't sound like something for the Arch team.
