DetailsDescription:
The nextcloud client is now always built with updater. This gives a notification when the application detects that it's out of date. This is not really necessary for linux, so I'd suggest either not building the updater or not enabling the update check. Additional info: * package version(s): 2:3.5.0-1 (old version, that give the notification) * config and/or log files etc: none * link to upstream pull request: https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/pull/4217 Steps to reproduce: Run an out-of-date version of the client. |
