Description: gnupg should label the CC0 license as custom

Additional info:

Looking here, the PKGBUILD for gnupg should label the CC0 license as custom (i.e. "custom:CC0" in the license array) since the licenses package does not contain a CC0 license.

It's fixed in SVN and will be part of the next release.
