DetailsDescription: Refreshing a LaTeX pdf in evince produces many invisible characters.
Downgrading poppler-* from version 22.05 to 22.03 solves the problem. Steps to reproduce: 1) compile a LaTeX document 2) open the pdf in evince, keep evince open 3) modify the LaTeX document and recompile it 4) refresh the pdf in evince, some characters are invisible now |

However, the poppler developers are still looking to improve the code.
