Description:
These are the chinese numbers 1,2,3: 一二三 You'll note that they're three lines with the same "style"; just plain lines. Since the latest package update, the 一 renders very different. It's like an arrow, with a thin stroke and a bold tip on the right. It's undeniably different from the other numbers. To reproduce this: - Run `leafpad`. - Options > Fonts - In the preview field, paste `一二三` - Pick as a font something unrelated, like Open Sans, or Fantasque Sans Mono. - The first one will render different. However, if you explicitly pick a font named "Noto Sans CJK", the glyph renders as expected, which makes me think that a non-CJK font from `noto-fonts` is being preferred for this glyph. Downgrading to 20201226-2 fixes the issue. Additional info: * package version(s): 20220502-1 * Haven't reported this upstream yet, no entirely sure where the issue lies. |
