DetailsDescription:
vlc 3.0.17.4-3 was the rebuild for libdav1d but it used dav1d 0.9.2-1 as shown from the packages .BUILDINFO. Rebuilding with dav1d 1.0.0-1 fails [1]. Adding the commits from stable backport [2] allowed the package to build.
