Detailspython-atpublic fails to build with python-sybil>=3.* due to some changes.
In python-sybil >=3.* CodeBlockParser has been renamed to PythonCodeBlockParser[1] and this function is used in conftest.py and makes check() fail. It can be fixed with a simple sed call[2].
