Description: Inkscape crashes at startup

Steps to reproduce:
Starting Inkscape it crashes.

Emergency save activated!

(I tried to delete configs and also launch it with another user... but inkscape doesn't start)

It could be related to glibmm see: https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/6904

After upgrading gtkmm3, inkscape needs to be rebuilt.

I work on incscape on a daily basis, and after yesterday's update of gtkmm3 (which is a dependency of incscape), this program also did not start, so my first thought was to rebuild, and it really helped.
