Description: gspell 1.10.0 depends on icu instead of iso-codes, but the Arch package still lists iso-codes as a dependency. As a result, applications that depend on gspell won't start if icu is uninstalled.

Additional info:

Steps to reproduce: While icu is uninstalled, attempt to use an application that depends on gspell. See e.g. https://github.com/nicotine-plus/nicotine-plus/issues/2006

ICU is in the dep tree multiple ways, so not much of an issue, to be honest. Sounds like you were doing partial updates.
