Reason for closing: Won't fix
Additional comments about closing: dropping the package as it's unmaintained upstream and it was already removed from almost any other distributions repositories

Downloading the Ubuntu package from Bluegriffon site, extracting it to some directory and clicking on the application executable is working.
In last two years this package received a lot of patches from maintainers and contributors but it's time to retire this insecure software.
A lot of distributions removed this package already and it's actually present only in Arch-based and some not updated distributions [4]
I'll remove the package from Arch Linux repositories, therefore I'll mark this bug as won't fix
