Description:
The latest release of pipewire broke my SDL2 build. They use -Werror=declaration-after-statement in their flags, which is the reason for the issue. This has been fixed upstream (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/commit/d3ea3142e1a4de206e616bc18f63a529e6b4986a).

Additional info:
* pipewire 0.3.50
* SDL2 2.0.20
* Upstream report: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/issues/2303

Steps to reproduce:
Compile the following program:

#include <spa/utils/string.h>

int main(void) {}

with the following flags:

cc test.c -Werror=declaration-after-statement $(pkg-config --cflags libspa-0.2)

and observe the error.
