Description:

It'd be really nice to have a package with emacs compiled with wayland support (i.e. pgtk enabled).

I realise that providing a package for every combination isn't possible, but maybe it would be acceptable to replace gtk3 with pgtk in one of the already existing packages?

Additional info:
* package version: 28-1

Steps to reproduce:

This is more a request than a bug report I guess, but

- start emacs on a Wayland system without Xwayland installed

Expected behaviour: emacs starts
Observed behaviour: emacs doesn't start

Same for me, but unfortunately the pgtk branch has been merged into the 29 branch and is not available in 28. So we have to wait a bit longer :/
