So you have a theme problem. May be what's causing your Chromium issue, too.

Try the default gtk theme.

No, that's not the theme issue, I recompile using the AUR package pitivi-git, and it works well. And when I use the default icon, not gtk theme, it also doesn't work, I always use the default gtk theme. And I use this icon for about one year, it hasn't been a similar issue, I think it would be related to the dependencies.
