Description:
The speech-dispatcher module is installed in the wrong directory, with the default configuration the speech-dispatcher service does not pick it up and fails to start.
$ pacman -Ql rhvoice | grep sd_
rhvoice /usr/lib/speech-dispatcher-modules/sd_rhvoice
$ pacman -Ql speech-dispatcher | grep sd_
speech-dispatcher /usr/lib/speech-dispatcher/speech-dispatcher-modules/sd_dummy
…

Additional info:
* package version(s): rhvoice 1.6.0-1, speech-dispatcher 0.11.1-2
* config and/or log files etc: n/a
* link to upstream bug report, if any: n/a

Steps to reproduce:
1. Uncomment the `AddModule "rhvoice" …` line in your speechd.conf
2. Run `speech-dispatcher -sD`
3. Check the log with `grep sd_rhvoice /tmp/speechd-debug/speech-dispatcher.log`

/usr/lib/speech-dispatcher/speech-dispatcher-modules/sd_rhvoice is owned by rhvoice 1.8.0-1

so I think this is fixed.
