Description: GNOME X11: Clicking on items in Online Accounts does nothing, cannot add or edit online accounts.

Steps to reproduce:
Log into GNOME X11 session, run gnome-control-center online-accounts: clicking on any items does nothing, only this message is logged:

(gnome-control-center-goa-helper:29670): online-accounts-cc-panel-WARNING **: 13:23:02.176: Failed to create foreign window for XID 0

Expected behavior: dialogs should show up to add the new online account or edit the existing one.

Removing file accounts.conf from ~/.config/goa-1.0 solve problem.

Yes, but accounts.conf has my accounts configuration and I need it, obviously.

Can confirm this behavior. Most probably it's the following bug

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/1651

BTW. It has been already fixed in the source code. So all's needed is a new arch-linux package...
