Description:
When using Mutter v42 from testing, Firefox crashes when you drag a tab due to a Mutter error with cursors. This also breaks some other applications that change the cursor.

Firefox crashes with errors such as:

MozCrashReason: wl_surface@407: error 2: Buffer size (1x1) must be an integer multiple of the buffer_scale (2)

This also affects community/code under --ozone-platform=wayland when dragging a file.
